Area of Application

Circulating water in open water-bearing systems such as recooling plants and air washers is corrosive towards usual metallic material in various measures. As such water is subject to mass transfer with the ambient atmosphere, it is generally saturated with oxygen. At the same time there is a certain sedimentation tendency depending on the water quality. The required corrosion preventive measures conform to the materials included in the system, the operating conditions and the properties of the concentrated circulating water.
